Patterned

Spring is coming.
Can you feel the itch for a new wardrobe?
I certainly do!

And one of my favourite trends for this spring is printed blouses.
I can't get enough of these cute patterns - I could seriously do 3 posts on this!

Here are my top picks.

From Zara - Flower Print

From ASOS - Panther Print

From ASOS - Floral Print

From ASOS - Bug Print

From Rodarte for Opening Ceremony (available on Shopbop) - Children mixed with Still Life Print (kind of spooky but cool)

From M by Missoni (available on Shopbop) - Circle Print

From Equipment, maker of the BEST blouses ever (available on Shopbop) - Starry Night Print

Fron A. L. C. (available on Shopbop) - Dripping Print

And finally from Zara - Cheetah Print
I got my hands on this one last weekend! Love it!

Oscars 2012 - Red Carpet Roundup!

Did you watch the Oscars last night?

Who do you think rocked the red carpet the most?
So many great looks to choose from and so many misses...
JLo's wardrobe malfunction!
Angelina Jolie's hard posing!
And this absolute ATROCITY. My eyes are still hurting.

Here are Tinseltown's big night best looks.
I'm totally feeling the white/ivory/sparkling trend as you can see.

Gwyneth Paltrow
No one came even close to GOOP last night.
She stole the show.
This Tom Ford number is poised to go down in history as one of her best looks ever. The cape! The cuff! The hair! She looked absolutely fantastic.

Octavia Spencer
Take note Melissa McCarthy. This is how plus-size girls should dress. Octavia picked a total winner in this sparkling Tadashi Shoji number that was custom-made for her. Well done.

Michelle Williams
This exquisite Louis Vuitton gown is in line with Michelle's usual red carpet style, yet it's unexpected. Its coral hue stands out from the crowd and its soft, cascading peplum waist, adorned with a sparkling bow, is a nice change from the mermaid dresses we're accustomed to see at formal events. Michelle might not have won the Academy Award this year but she gets a gold star in our book for this look.

Emma Stone
I know that Nicole Kidman pretty much wore this same dress a couple years ago, but I just love how the raspberry hue pops on Emma. I also really like the ombré effect at the botton of the dress. The big bow is the cherry on top of this playful and age-appropriate Giambattista Batali look.

Milla Jovovich
Milla Jovovich channelled old Hollywood glamour in this beautiful Elie Saab Haute Couture Gown. You can't go wrong with a modern-twist on a classic.

Are you ready to pig out?

It's Super Bowl Sunday yayayayay!

Although we don't really follow football, we'd never miss an opportunity to get together with friends and enjoy a night of nachos, beer and wings in good company!

So no need to show up at your Superbowl party like you've just got out of the gym or wearing your favourite sweatshirt. Fashion never takes a day off and we've put together the perfect casual party outfit. Note how the colour palette is appropriate for Patriots and Giants fans alike.

We've also included a big a** ring for you to flaunt (unless you have access to your very own championship ring).

Prescription glasses are to ensure you don't miss out on any of the plays (unlike those referees!).

P.S. Go Giants!!
